EDGE is a privately held company that provides management strategy solutions and technology staffing services both nationallyand internationally, to a diverse client base across a wide spectrum of industry groups including media & advertising, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, banking & finance, utilities and telecommunications.

While our primary geographic footprint covers the Northeast, and is supported by office locations in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York, EDGE supports client needs in California, Florida, Atlanta, Washington, DC and Baltimore as well as internationally in London, Singapore, Latin America and Canada.

EDGE employs over 300 professionals and is continuously recruiting the highest quality IT talent available to help expand our presence in the marketplace. Our staff includes professionals with experience in strategic systems planning, project management and software development.

Corporate Bios

Ralph Durante, President/Partner, was the former President and CEO of a full service technology consulting business that employed over 850 consultants in fourteen cities throughout the United States. Before becoming actively involved in the consulting industry, Ralph worked in the sales organization at IBM for seventeen years.

Leonard Matteo, Jr., Senior Vice President/Partner, has been involved in consulting sales, executive sales and marketing management for three major information technology consulting practices based in Connecticut and New York.

Joseph Lion, Senior Vice President/Partner, has extensive information technology and media industry experience. Before joining EDGE, Joe was the Vice President of Application Development at ESPN for more than ten years. He was responsible for all aspects of systems strategy, design, development and support.
